Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care in a timely manner.

For this reason, we have a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling policy for all appointments.

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, we must ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice (by phone or email) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Private messages, and social media connections will not be acknowledged as the Artist is not the primary contact for the shop schedule. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs. of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, requiring a new booking fee when you rebook.

YOUR BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

If you are late for your appointment, there is no guarantee that your time slot will remain available. If you miss your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, and this policy helps us achieve that goal by ensuring that our time and yours is used efficiently and effectively.
